A little bit about Seven Seas Worldwide and why
we exist
More and more people travel the world. People travel for many different
reasons; some do it for work, some study in another country,
some emigrate and some take time out before they settle down.
International mobility is here to stay and we are here to make
relocating and shipping your excess baggage less complex and
less stressful for our customers. Our role is to provide peace
of mind to you every time you travel and as an international
shipping company we ensure that moving your excess luggage is
taken care of so you can concentrate on your next challenge.
Seven Seas Worldwide was set up in 1996 by two enthusiastic
brothers who saw that there was a gap in the market of shipping
excess baggage. It was a cumbersome and uncontrolled market that
looked inward but not outward to its customers. John and William
knew they could break these traditional market dynamics and
develop far better sea and air freight relocating solutions
focused on the customer and what they really want. Innovating
and inspiring to build best air and sea freight shipping service
standards within and beyond our industry is our aim for you.
So, over the last ten or so years John and William embarked on a
journey of setting up numerous of company-owned international
shipping centers around the globe, recruited highly skilled and
insightful employees to provide a seamless process of relocating
customers’ personal excess baggage. At Seven Seas Worldwide
international shipping is controlled and managed in such a way
that it gives highest customer service levels, excellent
communication throughout the process by our 24/7 customer
service centre and ensures that your excess luggage arrives in
line with our promise to you.
Why Seven Seas
Worldwide are different to our competitors and how that benefits
our customers
Here at Seven Seas Worldwide we challenge the norm every day and we ask a
lot of questions; for example, how can we develop ever better
shipping and relocation services, how can we delight our
customers more, how can we work better with our partners, how
can we reward our employees more, how can we develop more and
better products to benefit our customers; where should we open
more international shipping centers, what else do our customers
want that they don’t already get from an international shipping
company? There are many more questions and the answers to all of
those we find by using innovative methods, by constantly
changing ways to find better solutions and by using all our
skill centers around the world to foster a global approach to
development of our air and sea freight relocation services for
our customer. If we continue to do that right, we continue to
provide peace of mind to you and earn your custom and respect
for many years to come.
